If you are prepaying by check, we reserve the right to ship after the check clears. A certified check or money order will ensure immediate shipment of your order. We do not accept COD orders. Remember UPS & Fed Ex cannot deliver to a PO Box number.
RETURN POLICY
Handling returns quickly and hassle free is just as important as shipping your order in a timely fashion. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have received DeerBusters.com we will glady take that product back without any hassle.
Our policy is as follows:
Unused or unopened product can be returned after purchase with a return authorization number. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling customer service at 301-694-6072. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning and include a copy of your receipt or packing slip. This will ensure a speedy credit to your account. We highly recommend shipping your return with a carrier that can track the shipment from start to finish. A tracking number will provide you proof that the return was received by our shipping department. All returns must be received in unused or undamaged condition for a full merchandise credit. Inspect your package upon delivery for any damage; if your shipment is damaged note the damage with the driver immediately, this includes documenting any damage on the lay bill for all freight deliveries, then call customer service at 301-694-6072 for a return label and or an immediate product reshipment. Have your order number ready when you call for a speedy resolution. Customer service can be reached Monday thru Friday 8:30-5:00 ET.
WARRANTY:
Products not manufactured by Trident Enterprises/DeerBusters.com are under the manufacturers warranty and guarantees. These products come complete with all warranty and guarantee information. Neither Trident Enterprises/DeerBusters.Com nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise or received returns that have been damaged in transit. Trident Enterprises will accept any and all defective products within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days defective or damaged products must be forwarded to the manufacturer if that product is not a DeerBusters.com Brand product.
