Eligibility
No purchase necessary. Sweepstakes is open to residents of the contiguous United States. Participants must be 18 years of age older. No individuals, organizations, or entities affiliated with Trident Enterprises or its websites, including vendors, distributors, owners, managers, employees, or their immediate families and households are eligible for participation. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
Methods of Entry
By Email: Those having recently made a purchase from (website) will receive an email from (website) containing a link to the product page of the item purchased. To enter the sweepstakes, navigate to the product page of the recently purchased item using either the site navigation bar or the direct link provided in the email. Underneath the product description is the Product Review section. Click the “Write a Review” button to display an electronic form for reviews. Fill out the form completely, and click “Save my Review.” After clicking “Save my Review,” you will be automatically entered into the drawing.
By Mail: No purchase necessary. To enter by mail, clearly print “(website) Sweepstakes” and the date at the top of a 3 x 5 note card. Beneath, clearly print your name, daytime telephone number, email address, and your home address. Apply postage, enclose in an envelope, and mail to:

Trident Enterprises will not sell, share, or release the personal information of those participating in this sweepstakes by mail to any other party for any reason.
Trident Enterprises will not sell, share, or release the personal or financial information of those participating in this sweepstakes via reviewing purchases to any other party for any reason. Though registering on (website) may add a participant’s email address to a listserv to receive newsletters and special offers from (website), Trident Enterprises will not release email addresses to any other party. Participants uninterested in receiving newsletters and offers from (website) may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
Trident Enterprises will not use personal information collected by mail or electronically during the duration of this sweepstakes to solicit or contact participants by phone, email, or mail for any matter except those regarding this sweepstakes or prizes involved therein.
Duration
The sweepstakes begins accepting entries on September 2, 2013 at 12:00AM EST. Trident Enterprises will collect entries until November 29, 2013 at 11:59PM EST. Any entries made before or after this period will not be accepted. One entry will be accepted per person. Automated, bulk, or third party entries will not be accepted. Entries made by mail will not be returned, and will be destroyed after the sweepstakes is concluded and a winner has been selected. Reviews written as a result of participation in this sweepstakes may be displayed on (website) on corresponding product pages for the use and viewing of site visitors.
Winner Selection
One winner will be chosen as a result of random drawing from all eligible entries in the (website) sweepstakes made between September 2, 2013 at 12:00AM and November 29, 2013 at 11:59PM EST. A winner will be selected and notified on December 2, 2013. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. The winner is required to send a reply email to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not respond to the notification sent on December 2, 2013, a second email notification will be sent three days later. If no reply is made two days after the second email notification, the winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected and notified in the same manner. The winner will be announced on the (website)’s home page upon a reply being received.
Prize Offered
One iPad mini. Item is brand new and in the box. Item retails for approximately $329.00. There will be one winner selected at random drawing from all eligible entries in the (website) sweepstakes. Only one iPad mini will be offered. Odds of winning depend on the amount of eligible entries received.
General Rules and Liability
Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Trident Enterprises will not offer cash value of the prize or any alternative to the prize. Winner agrees to the announcement of his/her name and win on the home page at (website). Any fees, charges, or taxes incurred by the winner as the result of accepting and receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participants in this sweepstakes release Trident Enterprises, its affiliated websites, and its owners, managers, and employees from any damage, loss, injury, or death resulting from or attributable to entry in this promotion. Trident Enterprises is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, lost, late, stolen, altered, or corrupted entries and information, or the mishandling of entries or damage caused thereby. Trident Enterprises is not responsible for any technical damage, including damage to computers or telephones, as a result of or attributable to participation in this sweepstakes. Trident Enterprises is not responsible for entrant fraud or cheating. Trident Enterprises reserves the right to disqualify or forfeit any participants or winner found to be in violation of the Official Rules. Trident Enterprises reserves the right to cancel, void, or delay the sweepstakes in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the proper execution of the promotion, including technical failure, fraud, or tampering.
