¹Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's, Foreign Orders and some Custom Orders will have additional shipping and/or handling charges quoted and added to their order. Customs, duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Some products cannot be shipped outside the US.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days you will be notified by email as to the expected shipping date.
Deerbusters uses USPS for small orders and Fed-Ex for medium-sized to large-sized orders. Below is the tracking map to help customers track packages using Fed-Ex. Please note that small packages using the USPS shipping method take approximately 2 additional days to receive. For Canadian shipments, DeerbustersCanada uses Canada postal services for small orders and Fed-Ex for medium-sized to large-sized orders.

Freight Shipment Charges:
There will be additional shipping costs on items requiring freight shipping. These items will note that freight shipping is required and there will be additional costs for shipment. We will contact you for approval regarding the additional costs. If you would like to inquire about shipping costs on a freight item before placing your order, please call us at 1-888-422-3337. If your order is shipped via freight, someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. The signee will also be responsible for unloading the shipment from the freight truck, carriers do not unload the product or provide liftgate services.All of our shipments are packaged in easy to manage bundles, making it easy to break apart and unload a shipment.
Additional Shipping Charges
In some circumstances it may be necessary to add shipping charges to orders which would usually qualify for free shipping. Shipments going to islands or remote areas not covered by standard delivery services will have an additional cost. We will contact you to approve the shipping costs and arrange payment for the additional shipping charges.
Drop Ship Items
Other items are shipped factory direct and these orders typically ship within 3 business days as well, however tracking information may not always be readily available. In such cases we will email you that the item has been shipped and that we are awaiting tracking information. Upon shipment of an order customers will receive an email within 1 business day of the shipment, confirming the ship date and mode of shipment. Tracking numbers are only given when available.
Retail prices posted on the internet are subject to change at any time and are the current price over any printed catalog or flyer pricing.
DeerBusters.com stands behind the products sold through their website and will honor any warranties or guarantees within 30 days of purchase. Any problems that arise after this period should be directed to the manufacturer for resolution. Most warranty information can be found on the instruction manual for your product.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns for unopened or unused items will gladly be accepted by DeerBusters.com within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at 1-888-422-3337 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) for the order. The customer is responsible for all charges associated with the return shipment as well as any freight costs incurred for the outbound shipment.

Please add name, invoice # to help Deerbusters staff. Refunds will be credited once items are returned to Deerbusters.com.
There is also a 10% restocking fee applied to all returned items. Customers are responsible for customs and brokerage charges for all return packages sent from Canada back to our warehouse in Pennsylvania.
